Introduction to Improv

Many people believe that improv is related to comedy.  However, the principles of improv have been found useful for improving many aspects of our personal and professional lives – including, building confidence, managing anxiety, connecting with others, enhancing communication skills, and becoming more mindful/meditative.  Click here for a video introduction to the value of improv.
Everyone is welcome to join us for this free trial improv session, but registration is required.

Facilitated by Maliha Hossain, who is an improv enthusiast with a pharmacy degree.  Maliha has led improv, hoping that the exercise will help others the way it has helped her, to become more confident and creative.
