Community Sharing Series with Holy Blossom Temple

Noor Cultural Centre and Holy Blossom Temple are delighted to jointly offer this three-part series for community to come together in the sharing of food, knowledge about Jewish and Muslim experiences,  and finally,  laughs.   All are welcome, regardless of faith affiliation, but registration is required:

 

Wednesday March 21 – Dinner & Discussion
Location:  Noor Cultural Centre
Time: 7 – 9 pm
Program:
Vegetarian dinner, followed by presentation and discussion:
Islamophobia in Canada – Azeezah Kanji & Khadijah Kanji

Wednesday March 28 – Dinner & Discussion
Location: Holy Blossom Temple (1950 Bathurst Street, Toronto)
Time: 7 – 9 pm
Program:
Vegetarian dinner, followed by presentation and discussion:
Is Canada Different? Jews, Canada and Hate – Rabbi Jordan Helfman

Saturday April 14 –  Jewish-Muslim Comedy Night
Location: The Social Capital (154 Danforth Avenue)
Time: 8:30 – 10:30 pm
