Muslim-Jewish Youth Program

Noor Cultural Centre has pleasure in joining with Temple Emanu-El to present a special evening for young Muslims and Jews (aged 14-17).

The program comprises social and educational activities, and a vegetarian potluck dinner.
Along with others all over the world, the group will participate in #LightforLIMA – a prayer vigil for fruitful international negotiations in Peru, where leaders will be meeting in December to discuss climate change.

Time: 6 pm
Location: Lower Social Room, Noor Cultural Centre
Admission: Free – although registration is required by 4 pm Friday December 5

In the body of the e-mail, please specify whether you are able to bring a dish to share and, if so, whether savoury or sweet (depending on responses, you may be asked to switch).
All dishes must be vegetarian, and free of nuts.

(Participants will be invited to share with the group, if they wish, the significance of their dish in their culture/family.)
